ENGL 250 - Introduction to Professional Writing

This course familiarizes students with genres and practices of professional writing in traditional and digital contexts. Students will gain introductory experience writing in a variety of professional genres, including memos, proposals, executive summaries, emails, and letters of intent. Students will also interrogate notions of professionalism and investigate the role of the body in multimodal professional contexts.
