BCHM 307 - Biochemistry Laboratory

This laboratory course is required for biochemistry majors and covers common experimental techniques used in biochemistry. It includes protein extraction, purification, enzyme kinetics, and DNA analysis. The tools and techniques introduced in the lab include working with micropipettes, centrifugation, chromatography, electrophoresis, and UV/Vis spectroscopy. One lecture (virtual), and one 3-hour lab (in-person).
