This course will analyze knowledge, self-awareness, and skills required to address social justice and health equity in diverse communities. A holistic approach will explore the multi-dimensional nature of cultural proficiency, humility, competence, and other complexities in providing health services in diverse organizations and communities. The course will analyze the application through multiple cultural lenses for effective health communication, policy analysis, health administration, management, and leadership.
