BETH 230 - Technology and Bioethics

This course explores important and challenging questions about the impact and ethics of technology in our lives, including digital technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence, and genetic engineering. Students will learn to approach technology and technological innovation using well-established ideas, concepts, and theories in bioethics. The course will be useful for all students wanting to improve their critical thinking skills with respect to the ongoing impact of technology on society and planetary life.
