HSCI 370 - Healthcare Career Preparation

In this advanced course designed for those seeking a deeper exploration into the healthcare industry, students will investigate specialized roles in both clinical and non-clinical health settings, gaining a full perspective on the
ever-changing landscape of healthcare. Students will analyze case studies and engage in advanced discussions to develop critical thinking skills in navigating complex ethical issues within the healthcare field. This course will prepare students to apply to graduate health professions programs, through personal statement writing workshops, standardized test skills development, and strategic interview preparation.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 100  , XXX 111   and at least Junior Standing.
