POLI 280 - Health Law and Ethics

This class will explore the multifaceted relationship between health and law at the national and international levels. Students will evaluate the impact of legal systems on health care outcomes and consider the role of human rights in the legal structures of state and international systems. Students will evaluate these impacts through an ethical lens.
