LEAD 315 - The Future of Leadership 3 Hour(s)
In this course, students will engage in questions and inquiries pertinent to the future of leadership. Some of the key areas to consider in the future of leadership include: an increasingly diverse and global society, ethical issues in leadership, the role and implications of the health, broadly defined, of the individual, family, community, and society, and the role of technology in relation to leadeship. This workshop-based course expects students to complete a portfolio and develop a Leadership Action Plan Project where they will illustrate their leadership development and potential, apply what they have learned in the previous courses, and develop an action plan for the future of leadership with a lens of gender and health.
Prerequisite(s): LEAD 205: Introduction to Leadership: Theory and Practice and LEAD 230: Leadership and Social Identity or permission from the Program Director.
