Health Administration, MHA

The Master of Health Administration requires a total of 36 semester hours. Twelve specific courses are required. For the culminating experience, students may choose between HADM 660. Health Administration Capstone and HADM 670 . Internship in Health Administration. This choice accommodates the needs of graduate students with varied experience levels. Students already employed in the field of health administration may choose to complete the capstone, which will offer a focused in-depth experience that addresses problem-based learning and collaborative work processes. The internship provides field-based, experiential learning for those students with less work experience. Students will select between the two courses with guidance from the faculty advisor and/or program director.
