ARMN 215 - Performing Arts Management 3 Hour(s)
An examination of the performing arts industry and individual artists’ roles within it. The course will introduce the student to artist-management relationships, booking and contracts, performing arts unions, royalty and rights licensing practices, tour management, and box office management. Students will examine artist portfolios as a means of understanding the relationships among artists, managers, and presenters.
