BCHM 311 - Physical Chemistry for the Life Sciences

This course introduces thermodynamics, thermochemistry, electrochemistry (including neuron and neural firing), chemical equilibrium, and kinetics, with emphasis on energy changes and rate processes in chemical reactions in the biological system.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 201  and PHYS 210  and MATH 100
