BIOL 260 - Conservation Biology

This course will examine human impacts on biological diversity, explore how conservation science can be used to ameliorate these impacts and inform land management decisions, and investigate the interaction between conservation science and public policy and assess the effectiveness of different approaches in reaching conservation goals.
