ENGL 305 - Professional Writing in Community Contex

This service learning course offers experience working with community partners in order to practice professional writing. Students will refine their skills in genres including grant proposals, grant letters, project pitches, memo writing, and social media for professional purposes. Students will be exposed to writing center theory and practice with an emphasis on social justice applications.
