MUSI 236 - Research Methods Fine Performing Arts

This course is designed to introduce students to a variety of methodologies for research in the visual and performing arts, including but not limited to the fields of studio art, design, architecture, art history, musicology, and performance. Students will become familiar with different style guides, different categories of analysis, and different manners of communicating research. The course will culminate in a research paper and presentation. Open to non-majors.
