This course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in MUSI 119. Students will explore the concepts of western music theory as it relates to art, popular and traditional music. In addition to acquiring theoretical concepts, students will continue to apply these ideas at the keyboard and through activities including composition and songwriting. Open to non-majors.
