PHED 168 - Core Conditioning 1 Hour(s)
This course is designed to use innovative exercise concepts to develop overall functional strength, muscular endurance, balance and coordination, particularly to the stabilizing muscles of the body, commonly referred to as the core muscles (body’s midsection). Yoga and Pilates are often integrated into the course.
Grading: Pass/No Credit Notes: Meets first half of the semester
