SCIE 040 - Spreadsheets for Science/Math

This course introduces the student to spreadsheet functionality as it relates to applications in biology, chemistry, mathematics, psychology and physics. Using Microsoft Excel, students will complete project-based assignments that expose them to many built-in features of modern spreadsheet packages. Topics include built-in mathematical and statistical functions, curve fitting, data analysis, graphing and simulations.
