Environmental Health Minor

The minor in Environmental Health provides students with an understanding of the interactions of animals, humans and the environment and the health impacts of these interactions. Students will study such topics as environmental policies and regulations, the effects of environmental pollutants on human health, and how to understand environmental influences of our built environment (e.g., buildings). This minor consists of 23 to 25 hours of interdisciplinary work to be taken from the classes below. Students must complete at Salem or Wake Forest University four of the courses required for the minor.
