PSYC 255 - Science of Emotion 4 Hour(s)
Science of Emotion is designed as a lab course for upper-level students. It uses a neuroscientific approach to the study of emotion in both human- and non-human animals. Students will investigate how emotions evolved, how the brain shapes the development of emotion, how brain circuits function as related to emotion, and how emotions affect behavior, relationships, and well-being.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 102 or BIOL 100
